Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic Support Assistant to join our team at QIONG WU. As a key member of our household support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Laundering and Cleaning: Maintain a clean and hygienic environment by laundering clothing and linens, and performing light housekeeping and cleaning tasks.
  • Household Maintenance: Mend clothing and linens, and perform other household maintenance tasks as required.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to our clients, including assisting with daily tasks and ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Requirements:
  • Criminal Record Check: Pass a thorough criminal record check to ensure the safety and security of our clients.
Work Environment:
  • Non-Smoking Environment: Work in a non-smoking environment to ensure a healthy and comfortable workspace.
  • Client's Home: Work in the client's home, providing support and assistance as needed.
Work Conditions:
  • Physical Demands: Stand for long periods of time, lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs), and perform other physical tasks as required.
  • Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
