Job Title: Tile Supervisor

Mountain View Tile Corp. is seeking a skilled Tile Supervisor to join our team. As a Tile Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of tile projects, ensuring high-quality results, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Job Summary:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of tile installers and other team members.
  • Plan and schedule tile installation projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality tile installations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Manage and maintain company equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Responsibilities:
  • Train and mentor new team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Identify and address any safety concerns or hazards on the worksite.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in tile installation and supervision.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Working Conditions:
  • Work is performed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • May be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • May be required to work at heights or in confined spaces.
  • May be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure safety.
