Job Title:

Tile Supervisor

Job Summary:

Maintain a high level of quality and productivity in tile installation projects while ensuring a safe working environment for the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train tile setters to achieve high-quality results.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with other teams to meet project deadlines and deliver results.
  • Monitor and maintain tile installation materials and equipment.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Participate in quality control processes to ensure results meet company standards.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in tile installation and supervision.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions:
