Job Description
This full-time position will provide support to the Portfolio Management Team within our Asset Management Group (AMG) in their administration of Mortgage Investments. The main roles of the position include communicating with Originators and Borrowers for the collection of Annual Review Documents, reviewing and organizing the information as received, and providing continued support to the other Analysts with Portfolio Management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and distributing investor-specific and portfolio-wide reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycle as required. They will also assist Analysts with the completion of annual and periodic review of mortgage facilities held by investors within the AMG group.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need some experience in Commercial Real Estate Industry, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, and strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills are also essential.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the preparation and distribution of investor-specific and portfolio-wide reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycle as required.
- Assist Analysts with the completion of annual and periodic review of mortgage facilities held by investors within the AMG group.
- Provide support to Documentation, Funding, and Servicing teams within the AMG Group as required.
