Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at The Sequence Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and hire food service staff.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare and submit reports, and establish work schedules.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
The Shift Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Term:This is a permanent position.Hours:
The Shift Manager will work 30 hours per week.
