About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Training Specialist to join our team at Cummins Inc. as a Technical Trainer Instructor. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to distributor, dealer, and customer service personnel.

Job Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

  • Deliver technical training programs on Cummins products and systems to ensure technicians have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs efficiently.
  • Provide technical support to trainers and trainees as needed to ensure successful training outcomes.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain up-to-date training materials and content.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, including participant feedback and evaluation results.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent technical experience.
  • Intermediate level of relevant work experience, preferably in a service-related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to travel to training locations, primarily in Quebec City, Quebec.
  • Bilingualism in French and English, with 85% of training delivered in French and 15% in English.

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
