About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapy Specialist to join our team at Mackenzie Health Hospital. As a key member of our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in acute care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to promote optimal recovery and function.
  • Implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to address patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited program and a valid membership in the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
  • Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehabilitation programs is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
