Our clinic is situated in one of greater Vancouver’s fastest growing neighbourhoods, situated inside the gorgeous Olympic Oval; 10 minutes drive from Richmond Central and the airport, it sits next to the Fraser River, bike trails, endless selection of food and shopping nearby. In the summer, you’ll be surrounded by locally grown produce within a 5-minute drive. Here, we eat berries by the pound You simply have to experience it for yourself.
Fun Fact: Did you know Richmond is home of Canada’s largest commercial fishing harbour and one of the largest producers of cranberries in Canada? On your way to the fisherman’s wharf in Steveston Village, you’ll surely pass by many local farms.
Our Richmond Oval location is a multi-disciplinary and multi-physician clinic with a very collegiate atmosphere and a physician focused MOA support team. The clinic also provides virtual and telehealth options which can be accessed at home.
The ideal physician would be in a position to provide full-scope family practice either full-time or part-time. Our team will work closely with you to ensure there is a smooth transition of the practice. You can expect flexible hours and would be masters of your own schedule. You will have the opportunity to work the way you want
Financials:
Average Monthly Overhead Agreement: Billing Split - 70/30* (FFS, PCN available)
- The financial agreement in the clinic is coordinated through with the Director of Recruitment.

Practice Details:

- Access to 2 exam rooms during shifts, clinic has 8 exam rooms
- Shared office space
- Oscar EMR

Hours:
Flexible Walk-in Available. The clinic is currently open from Mon to Fri, from 08:30 to 18:00. The new physician will work out a schedule with the clinic.
- No strict policy around time off

Hospital and ER Dept shifts:
These are not part of the expectation of our community or clinic.
Special Services:
Stress Tests, ECGs and Holter Monitors are performed onsite and access to adjoining complimentary services such as a Physiotherapy/Massage & Kinesiology clinic and Sleep Apnea clinic is available.
On Call Arrangement:

Staff:
The clinic currently has 6 physicians, 1 Nurse Practitioner, 1 Internal Medicine Specialist, an office manager and MOA’s who can all help with the transition process.
Files:
The Clinic is currently using Oscar EMR. There are no paper charts associated with the practice
