About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Speaking Instructor to join our team at ACE OF DIAMONDS EDUCATION GROUP INC. As a Public Speaking Coach, you will play a crucial role in helping our students develop their presentation skills and confidence in public speaking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Judge and Evaluate Performance: You will be responsible for judging the performance of competitors, awarding points, imposing penalties for infractions, and determining results in a fair and impartial manner.
  • Training and Development: You will work under the direction of a coach or trainer to qualify for competition and develop your skills as a Public Speaking Instructor.
  • Client Focus: You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized coaching and training to help them achieve their goals.
  • Team Player: You will be part of a dynamic team and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Work Setting: You must be willing to relocate to join our team.
  • Security and Safety: You will be required to undergo a criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have attention to detail, and be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: You must have excellent oral and written communication skills, be a team player, and have a strong client focus.
