We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at RhynoCare in the beautiful Parksville area.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse with RhynoCare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents. Your duties will include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of our residents.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and accessible admissions for residents, including comprehensive orientation to the home and services offered.
  • Ensuring resident transfers and discharges are timely and safe.
  • Managing medications and narcotics, ensuring protocols are followed on all assigned shifts.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent degree.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with others in a compassionate and supportive manner.
Salary and Benefits

RhynoCare offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
