Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Stanford Seniors Village. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve meals, as well as assist with feeding
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with mobility and transfer of residents
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, including making beds and maintaining patient rooms
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Respond to call signals and provide assistance as needed
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-6 months of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and move residents as needed
