Job Summary

We're seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Product Management to lead our PC Express Fulfillment Team.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our PC Express technology and solutions.

You will lead a team of product managers and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers and in-store teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for PC Express technology and solutions
  • Lead a team of product managers and provide coaching and guidance to ensure successful product development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer and business needs
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product vision and progress to senior leadership
  • Foster a culture of speed, candor, and curiosity to drive innovation and efficiency
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate technical needs to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes
  • Experience with iterative product development and shipping high-quality features
