Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Management to lead our PC Express Fulfillment Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of product managers to develop and launch new products and features that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product vision and progress to senior leadership.
- Foster a culture of speed, candor, and curiosity to drive innovation and excellence.
- 5+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
