Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Team in Alma, Arthur, Harriston, Clifford, Mount Forest, Drayton, Kenilworth, Listowel, Palmerston, Pike Lake, Rothsay, and Southgate. Our physiotherapists play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care through professional assessment, effective care planning, and collaborative treatment programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional assessment and develop effective care plans for patients in the community and their homes
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary care teams to achieve patient-centered goals and outcomes
• Conduct workplace health and safety guidance and perform other duties as required
Requirements
• Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university
• Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Proven computer skills and ability to work effectively with email, word processing, and scheduling systems
• Strong assessment skills and ability to participate in evidence-based treatment programs
