Career Opportunity: We are currently seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Team. As a Physiotherapist with CarePartners, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including homes, clinics, and community-based programs.
Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional assessments, developing effective care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality patient care. This is a Part-Time/Casual position that offers flexible scheduling and a high degree of autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional assessments of patients in their homes and community-based settings
- Develop and maintain effective care plans in collaboration with the care team
- Work with patients to establish time-specific, measurable goals and outcomes
- Provide active guidance for workplace health and safety
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
- Master's Degree (or equivalent) in Physiotherapy from a recognized university
- Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Proven computer skills, including email, word processing, and work scheduling systems
- Strong assessment skills and ability to participate in effective treatment programs
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- French language skills are an asset
- Clear Background and Vulnerable Sector Check
