About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our team at GTB Enterprises Inc. As a key member of our veterinary care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our animal patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Animal Handling and Care

Our ideal candidate will have experience handling and restraining animals for treatment and surgery, as well as providing general care and support to our patients.

Assisting Veterinarians

You will work closely with our veterinarians to assist with surgeries, prepare and administer medications, and provide wound and bandage care.

Client Communication

As a Veterinary Technician, you will also be responsible for communicating with clients to provide education and support on animal health care.

Office Management

You will perform a variety of office management and clerical duties to ensure the smooth operation of our veterinary clinic.

Requirements
  • Education

A college or CEGEP education is required for this role.

Experience

Experience as a Veterinary Technician is an asset, but not required.

Language

Fluency in English is required for this role.

Work Hours

This is a permanent, full-time position with 40 hours of work per week.
