Chief Beverage Strategist

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Culinary Leader to join our team at Kaizen Lab Inc. as our Chief Beverage Strategist.

Kaizen Lab Inc. is dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our guests and team members alike. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the culinary direction of our Restaurant Division.

• Develop and implement comprehensive culinary strategies to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with culinary teams to create unique menu offerings that reflect our brand's commitment to quality and innovation
• Oversee menu pricing, recipe development, and food presentation techniques to ensure consistency and excellence
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness across all culinary operations
• Build relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best possible pricing and sourcing strategies
• Coach and mentor culinary management teams to foster growth, development, and a culture of support and recognition

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• 10+ years of high-level culinary experience, preferably as a Head Chef or Operations leader
• A post-secondary diploma/degree in Culinary or equivalent education and experience
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• A passion for innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement

• Competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $120,000-$150,000 based on experience
