About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Assistant to join our team at Teamplus Renovation and Construction Inc. As a Construction Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Assist in loading and unloading construction materials, equipment, and supplies from trucks and other vehicles.
  • Erecting and Dismantling Forms and Scaffolding: Help erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mixing and Spreading Materials: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assisting in Framing and Building: Help in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Leveling Earth: Assist in leveling earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Demolition and Debris Removal: Help in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Cleaning and Piling Materials: Clean and pile salvaged materials.
Work Environment

As a Construction Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work at heights.

Requirements
  • Will Train: We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
