Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Pahals Construction Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks on construction sites, including loading and unloading materials, operating heavy equipment, and assisting in the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload construction materials, such as lumber, bricks, and cement, from trucks and equipment.
  • Heavy Equipment Operation: Operate heavy equipment, such as cranes, excavators, and bulldozers, to move materials and perform construction tasks.
  • Site Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the construction site, including cleaning up debris, repairing equipment, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
  • Assisting Construction Teams: Assist construction teams in performing tasks, such as assembling tower cranes, operating pile driving cranes, and assisting in drilling and blasting rock.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding work environment, requiring manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with exposure to various weather conditions, heights, and confined spaces.
