We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 2513987 Ontario Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and vendors, including preparing and sending correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Financial Management: Assist with financial tasks, including preparing and reconciling invoices, managing expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Human Resources: Provide support with human resources tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Requirements
