At Sea Mar Community Health Centers, we are committed to providing exceptional healthcare services to our diverse community. As a Mental Health Therapist II, III, or Licensed professional, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our patients.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide diagnostic assessments, referrals for psychiatric services, case management, individual counseling, crisis stabilization, suicide risk assessment and treatment plans, and lead groups. They will work closely with other teams or parties involved in treatment to ensure comprehensive care. In addition, they will assist the Program Manager in program development, policy and procedure development, compliance with WACs and RCWs, and other administrative tasks performed as directed.
Requirements:
- Must hold a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, or social work which includes coursework in psychological diagnostics.
- Four or more years of clinical experience in the field.
- Must meet criteria of a Mental Health Professional (MHP). Must hold and maintain an active Washington State Department of Health license at all times.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life insurance, long-term disability, EAP, and paid-time-off starting at 24 days per year + 10 paid holidays. We also offer 401(k)/Retirement options and opportunities for professional growth and development.
