Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at NBC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and driving business growth in your assigned area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of advisors, client service managers, and business development support staff to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of business plans and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and NBC's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in management and coaching of a consulting/business development team.
  • Proven track record of business development in the financial industry.
  • Diploma of College Studies (DEC) and 8-10 years of experience, depending on the level of the position.
  • Industry-related university certificate or PUB and 9 years of experience, depending on the level of the position.
  • Bachelor's degree related to the industry and 5-7 years of experience, depending on the level of the position.
  • Master's degree and 5 years of experience, depending on the level of the position.
  • Be a mutual fund representative (REC).
  • Be responsible for the compliance of the administrative unit (RCUA) or become one within 3-6 months of hiring.
  • Proficiency in English (an asset).
