At Transgate Global Careers, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Performance Leader to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will take an active hands-on leadership position to support and drive operational efficiencies and achieve business success across our facilities. As a seasoned business leader, you will work closely with senior leadership and General Managers, helping the organization make sound strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic advice to General Managers and other senior leaders, enabling sound business decision-making across various operational aspects.
  • Perform business cases, profitability assessments, and return on investment analysis to support operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, responding to RFPs, conducting payback analysis, and providing general operational support.
  • Drive business process improvements and optimize resources and workflows across the company.
  • Support the COO and executive team with actionable insights derived from financial modeling, spreadsheet analysis, and an acute understanding of internal operations, the competitive landscape, and market risks and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Expert understanding of P&L, and payback analysis.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Excellent technical skills in Excel, with the ability to handle complex financial data.
  • Experience with ERP and MRP systems is considered an asset.
