About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable individual to join our team at Sovereign Transportation Inc. as a Mechanic Helper. In this role, you will provide support to our mechanics and tradespersons, ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assist mechanics in maintaining and repairing equipment, including moving tools and materials as needed.
  • Site Safety: Signal safety procedures to other workers and the general public, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Support Services: Provide assistance to tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed, including cleaning machines and work areas.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Initiative: Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Organized: Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Reliability: Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
