About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mechanic Assistant to join our team at Sahib Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mechanics and technicians in the repair and maintenance of heavy equipment and trucks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Mechanics and Technicians: Provide support to our experienced mechanics and technicians in the repair and maintenance of heavy equipment and trucks.
  • Tool Management: Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained, stored, and transported.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the workshop and surrounding areas.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Urban area.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, large workload, and work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, team player, accurate, client focus, and ability to multitask.
