Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on merchandise to customers, ensuring they find the perfect products for their needs.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Assist in displaying merchandise, maintaining store displays, and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates for customers.
  • Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease, ensuring it is properly displayed and presented to customers.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
