Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets, identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, and maintain a high level of sales performance.
- Merchandise: Assist in the display of merchandise, maintain sales records for inventory control, and prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease.
- Experience: Previous retail sales experience is an asset, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
