About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Neighbourly Pharmacy in Prince Albert, SK. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, tidying aisles, and performing light janitorial duties.
  • Assist with daily operations, including processing transactions, handling customer payments, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Develop product knowledge and learn about new products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Participate in the development and preparation of displays, windows, and seasonal promotions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
