Job Summary

Northern Health Authority is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Fort Nelson General Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide compassionate patient care and work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

Perform assessments, plan, and provide personal care to residents
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
Administer medications and perform nursing procedures as required
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant

Ability to deal with others effectively and organize work to implement a plan of care
Knowledge and competencies to work at full scope of practice as currently required by the CLPNBC
