About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team at AURAY. As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and reviewing commercial contracts. You will also ensure regulatory compliance and privacy protection in transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and draft commercial contracts
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and privacy protection
  • Provide legal support for contract interpretation and risk management
  • Participate in litigation management
  • Collaborate with external lawyers and monitor relevant laws

Requirements
  • Member in good standing with the Barreau du Quebec with 3-5 years of experience in business law
  • Experience in regulatory compliance, especially in privacy protection
  • Proven skills in drafting, negotiation, communication, research, and analysis
  • Fluency in French and English, Spanish is an asset
