Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at SHIPCART DISTRIBUTION SERVICES. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff as required
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan and oversee the operational logistics of the organization
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language required
