About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at SHIPCART DISTRIBUTION SERVICES. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Activities: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on logistics operations performance.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including establishing work schedules and procedures.
  • Technical Advice: Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics operations.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
