Healthcare Support Specialist

At Dr. Ankush Tony Verma Inc, we are seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless patient care and exceptional outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting healthcare professionals with patient assessments and care plans
- Recording vital signs and maintaining accurate patient records
- Maintaining supplies and equipment, and ordering replacements as needed
- Processing files and paperwork efficiently
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, and managing routine office functions
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive patient experience
Requirements include:
- College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Experience in a healthcare setting, an asset
