We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sample Coordinator to join our team at CSA Group.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of sample or purchased product flow through our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive and process samples, updating our database and tracking status and location
* Ensure safe storage and delivery of samples to laboratory staff
* Communicate clearly with colleagues regarding sample storage, pickup, and delivery
* Operate tow motor to store and retrieve samples
* Perform spot audits to ensure accurate record keeping and sample removal
* Deliver purchased products to end users as needed

Requirements:

* Full Secondary School Diploma
* 2 years of experience in materials management
* Licensed fork truck operator
* Ability to lift and move boxes/items up to 70 lbs
* Frequent lift truck operation

Work Environment:

Our warehouse is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a variety of products and equipment.
