Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Representative to join our team at Company 3 / Method Studios. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional client service and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the Client Services team with the day-to-day planning and organization of client meetings and events.
- Ensure all client-facing areas, meeting rooms, and event spaces are set up and maintained to the highest standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and employees, including serving refreshments and food in review suites.
- Manage and maintain stock levels, handle incoming calls, complete accurate expense reports, and provide administrative support.
- Organize and assist with social activities and events for staff, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or client-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
