Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Logos Holdings Ltd. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Answer written and oral inquiries from clients, providing accurate and timely information
- Gather and prepare communications material as needed
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Arrange for refunds and credits when necessary
- Issue receipts and other forms to clients
- Maintain accurate records and statistics
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Perform general office duties as required
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Efficient and organized
- Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral communication
The Customer Service Liaison will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
