About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist to lead the Identity Access Management (IAM) capability at EDC. This role will guide the development and communication of IAM applications and architecture, providing technical consultation to business units and IT management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a 3-year IAM roadmap strategy.
  • Define and enforce access control policies.
  • Implement RBAC and Zero Trust Security models.
  • Oversee IAM technologies, including IGA, PAM, SSO.
  • Support GRC functions with audits and assessments to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate on incident response.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Management Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on information security experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in IAM and PAM technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, RBAC, SSO, CyberArk, and IAM applications (e.g., SailPoint and IdentityIQ).
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and time management skills.

Assets

  • Certifications: SailPoint, Microsoft, CyberArk, CISSP, CISM, CEH, and Security+.
  • Experience in finance industry IAM programs.
  • Experience with Endpoint and Mobile Security, Email Security, Web Proxies, and Cloud (Azure).
  • Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO, CIS).
  • Bilingual in English and French.

  • Salary range: $107,132 to $142,842 annually, plus performance-based incentive.

  • Role based in Ottawa or from Community Hubs in Toronto, Mississauga, Montreal, Laval, Brossard, Halifax, Calgary, or Vancouver.
