We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Director to join our team at Blue Sapphire Arts 09 Ltd. This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities- Review and Evaluate Office Procedures: Assess and improve existing administrative processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Delegate Tasks: Assign work to office support staff, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Establish Priorities: Set clear objectives and deadlines, ensuring procedures are followed and tasks are completed efficiently.
- Carry Out Administrative Activities: Manage daily office operations, including supervising staff, coordinating services, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Co-ordinate Office Services: Plan and oversee the provision of essential office services, such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Prepare Reports and Budgets: Compile data and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence, as well as assist in preparing the operating budget.
- Train Staff: Provide guidance and training to office support staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage Budget and Expenditures: Oversee the control and management of office expenses, ensuring costs are minimized and allocated effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Supervision: Directly supervise 3-4 people.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, with attention to detail, and multitask effectively.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, organized, adaptable, and a team player.
