About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned geologist to join our team and contribute to the growth of our Silvertip silver-zinc-lead project. As a Chief Geologist, you will play a key role in developing effective exploration programs, contributing technical expertise to the exploration program, and mentoring and upskilling the site team.

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual with 12 - 15 years of experience in CRD / Skarn / Porphyry-related precious and base metal mineralizing systems. You will have an excellent understanding of geological environments, deposit models, and ore-forming processes, and the ability to think across-scales and integrate diverse, large datasets for robust target generation and ranking.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams. They will also have a strong passion for geology and a commitment to providing high-quality technical advice to the company's exploration team.
