Key Responsibilities- Data Collection and Tracking: Assist in collecting and tracking data from monitored use of services, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, consolidate, cross-tabulate, and format data to produce high-quality reports and insights.
- Document Preparation: Compile tables, charts, graphs, and summarized statistics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Basic Trend Analysis: Process data to conduct basic analyses of trends, identifying patterns and areas for improvement.
- Technical Writing: Prepare technical documents and monitoring reports on volumetrics and other trend analyses, communicating complex data insights effectively.
- Work Environment: This is a permanent, full-time position, requiring 30 hours of work per week.
- Language: English is the primary language used in this role.
