Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing of plastic products at Uniram Plastics. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling activities of production workers, establishing methods to meet work schedules, and preparing production reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units
  • Prepare production and other reports
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of MS Office
