We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team at Crown Distributors/ Ortech Industries. As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Transaction Management: Prepare and submit reports, ensure accuracy of financial transactions, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Procurement and Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and ensure smooth operation of equipment.
- Work Coordination and Review: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, and provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, and provide efficient interpersonal skills to ensure seamless communication.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
- Health Benefits: Dental plan, health care plan, and vision care benefits.
- Work Term: Permanent.
