About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Coach to join our team as a MOVE Coach in Strathroy. As a MOVE Coach, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional fitness programming for youth with autism and intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver fitness classes for youth with autism and intellectual disabilities, ensuring a positive and impactful experience for all.
  • Collaborate with other MOVE Coaches to share best practices and develop workout plans that meet the programming guidelines of MOVE by GoodLife Kids.
  • Represent GoodLife Kids Foundation in a professional, positive, caring, and friendly manner.

Requirements

  • Passion for working with youth with disabilities.
  • Experience delivering fitness classes.
  • Able to deliver in-person classes.
  • Current nationally recognized Group Fitness/Coaching certification.
  • Current CPR-A certification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven leadership ability with a passion for helping others lead healthier lifestyles.
