Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Strategist to join our team at Enotecca Wineries and Resorts Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis efforts, providing strategic guidance to senior management, and overseeing the collection and analysis of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Plan and control budget and expenditures, establish and implement policies and procedures, design and manage investment strategies, and monitor financial control systems.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Oversee the work of 5-10 people and provide guidance on tasks and projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Area of Specialization: Accounting and Financial Planning.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, organized, team player, values and ethics.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience.
