Key Responsibilities:
- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Assign sales workers to various tasks and responsibilities to ensure that the store is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Hire and Train Staff: Hire and train new staff members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Authorize Payments: Authorize payments by cheque and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Resolve Issues: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other problems that may impact the smooth operation of the store.
- Organize Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the store is always stocked with the necessary products.
- Supervise Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience is required.
- 1-2 Years of Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment is required.
- On-Site Work: This position requires on-site work and cannot be performed remotely.
