Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Join Ontario Inc. Mom's Restaurant as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare food order summaries for chef
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Work under pressure
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Attention to detail
