About the Role

OneSky Community Resources is a leading not-for-profit organization in the Okanagan region, dedicated to providing exceptional services to the community. We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of young children aged 0-36 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Under the guidance of the Site Leader, lead children in activities that stimulate intellectual, physical, and emotional growth.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of the children.
  • Collaborate with the Site Leader and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a criminal record check with vulnerable sector search.
  • Standard First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Food Safe Certification would be an asset.
  • Must be 19 years of age or older.
