PSP FABRICATING INC is seeking a skilled and experienced Fabrication Production Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure smooth production
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
- Develop and implement effective work schedules
- Analyze production data and reports to identify areas for improvement
- Recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality
- Procure materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Set up and maintain machinery and equipment
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of sewing machine operators
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
This is a permanent position with 30 hours per week, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
