  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and implementing P2P systems, with a strong understanding of GEP Procurement-to-Pay (P2P) solution functionality and process alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for GEP P2P system functionality, configuration, and process alignment.
  • Provide deep knowledge of P2P modules such as requisitioning, purchase orders, supplier management, receiving, invoicing, and payments.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support system integration, data migration, and testing.
  • Validate system configurations to ensure accuracy and functionality during implementation phases.

Business Process Optimization:

  • Analyze and document current procurement and payment workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement during implementation.
