Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiovisual Technician to join our team at JHAJJ PRODUCTION LTD. As an AV Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and operating audiovisual equipment for various productions, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Setup and Operation: Set up and operate audiovisual equipment, including mixing consoles, dubbing machines, and video editing equipment, to ensure smooth production.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshooting equipment issues and ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Video and Audio Editing: Edit video and audio content to meet production requirements, using industry-standard software and equipment.
  • Event Support: Operate audiovisual equipment at concerts, live events, and other productions, ensuring high-quality sound and visuals.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on audiovisual equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as audiovisual technology or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in audiovisual equipment setup and operation, preferably in a production environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
